DriveTrain Fitness and Tracey Wilson of Natural Grocers are working together to offer DriveTrain Members 4 FREE nutrition classes. Tracey received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Florida and worked as a pharmacist for 28 years. During that time, she focused her practice on diet and nutrition as a way to help people learn how to support the function of the body through a healthy lifestyle. Tracey and her husband also owned a natural foods store and would teach people a sustainable way to eat and live a healthy life. Tracey recently retired from pharmacy so that she can focus her time on educating and motivating people to live well through lifestyle and nutrition.
