Indoor cycling

This 45-minute cycling class uses Stages Bikes to deliver a precision-based workout tailored to your individual efforts.  You’ll train with real-time metrics-like cadence (RPM), resistance (torque), and power (watts)-to guide high-intensity intervals and active recovery periods.

Each Ride is design to elevate endurance, improve cardiovascular health, and ignite your metabolism.  Whether you’re just getting back into a routine or aiming to level up your fitness, you’ll leave class stronger, more energized, and with measurable progress you can feel.  Book your first ride!

Lagree + Spin Intervals

Two powerful methods. One perfectly balanced workout.

The hybrid class combines the cardio intensity of Stages-based spin intervals with the muscle-sculpting precision of Lagree.

You’ll start on the bike, where quick bursts of resistance and cadence push your heart rate and burn calories fast. Then transition to the Megaformer for slow, controlled strength work that targets core, legs, and stabilizers with pinpoint accuracy.

In just one 75-minute session, you’ll train your heart, challenge your muscles, and leave fully worked from head to toe. It’s the most efficient way to build endurance, tone muscle, and feel unstoppable. Let’s GO!
