LINDSEY JASSO

I grew up in St. Louis, MO, and started working in the fitness industry in my early 20s, teaching group exercise classes like step & low impact aerobics, sculpt, and spin. I was a certified personal trainer for several years as well. Also in my early 20s I began doing triathlons, first locally and then, with growing confidence, venturing into Half Ironmans. I’ve completed 5 Half Ironmans and countless smaller triathlons and half-marathons.

I took my first Lagree class in 2009, while living in LA. When I moved to Denver in 2011, the first thing I did was find the only studio at that time teaching the method so I could keep up the routine. I met Luke in 2015, and for our 3rd date I invited him to a Lagree workout. He loved it as much as I did. And here we are, 9 years later.

Having worked for The Ritz-Carlton since 2002, I’ve lived in many cities and traveled the world to open properties & build brands. I am now the Senior Director of Global Residential Brand Operations Support. My faves are my family, including Luke, my beautiful stepson, Oscar, and our two dogs, Snoop Dog and Lucy. I love cooking, taking trips in our van, riding bikes, photography, and gardening. And I absolutely love being at the DriveTrain studio - my heart is very full.

Hey, Hi, Hello! I’m Seggan!

I am a Level 2 Certified Lagree Fitness Trainer. I have always had a passion for fitness, but I found Lagree in 2019 after craving something new in my fitness routine. The blend of constant shakes and new physical changes that I instantly saw, plus the science behind the method had me hooked. It has easily become my favorite workout modality!

Outside of the studio, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and kids. I love cooking and playing games with them! Catch me every Saturday at 9am and 10am for Lagree Focus and Lagree & Stretch.

ERIN CARSTENS

In gym class I was the kid who either stood waaaay outfield, hoping no ball would ever come to me, or the one who told the coach I had pinkeye to get out of playing altogether. Not athletic, not very fit.

Then in college I met my first fitness soulmate, step aerobics, and from there fell in love with other group fitness classes too. In 2010 I began teaching indoor cycling and HIIT classes, but it wasn't until Fall 2015 that I took my first Lagree class, and was both humbled and invigorated by the hardest workout I'd ever done in my life.

Group fitness, and Lagree in particular, has made me a lot stronger, a little more coordinated, and quite a bit leaner. I'll be forever grateful to the instructors who have motivated me along the way, and I want to pay it forward. Maybe help others find their fitness soulmates too.

Outside of the studio, I’m a professional writer who loves to cook (and eat!), host dinner parties, and hang out with my husband and fluffball dog, George.

JENNIFER GOTTLIEB

As a long time fitness instructor, gym goer, and avid cyclist, I am thrilled to have my two favorites here at DriveTrain! Lagree is the most effective whole body strength training that’s taught me to take care of my joints, improve balance, and even avoid shoulder surgery.

I hope I can inspire others to have longevity in their fitness by reaching beyond their comfort level and mixing it up. I also enjoy skiing, hiking, and travel, and live by the mantra of “Train indoors to improve performance doing what you love outdoors.”

When I’m not teaching fitness, I work to help schools improve their meal service to offer kids healthier choices. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, dog, and 3 kids.

IZZY JOHNSON

I discovered my passion for Lagree in 2021 when I walked into a studio having no idea what to expect. Little did I know I would fall in love with the method. Lagree is the most challenging, yet rewarding, workout I’ve done. Every workout pushes me physically, as well as challenges my mind-to-muscle connection, strengthening me in every way possible.

I started teaching Lagree in 2023 and have continued leading classes ever since! There really is no better feeling than seeing someone’s life change because of the Lagree method, both physically and mentally. And If you ever take one of my classes, I always exude the vibrantly fun energy! Come meet me on the Megaformer, and you’ll see some of my favorite moves, like Super Lunge, Bear, and Snake!

I also love chatting about dogs. I have a passion for animals, and have been fostering dogs from all of the local Colorado rescues for the past 15 years.
