MEET STAGES STUDIO PRO

Train with purpose.
Ride with power.
See your progress.

Stages Studio Pro transforms indoor cycling into an immersive, data-driven training experience. Using the same power-based principles that athletes use to train and race, every rider works from their own Functional Threshold Power (FTP)—so the workout is personalized to their individual fitness level.

During class, Stages Studio Pro brings your ride to life on the studio screen with colorful, easy-to-follow training zones and real-time performance metrics. Rather than chasing someone else’s numbers, you train within your own power zones, allowing beginners and experienced athletes to ride together while each receives an appropriately challenging workout.

The system uses seven power training zones to give every effort a specific purpose—from active recovery and endurance to tempo, threshold, VO₂ max and high-intensity anaerobic work.

And your training doesn’t disappear when class ends. Stages Studio can track your workout history and performance, giving you a measurable way to see your fitness develop over time.

WINTER INDOOR TRAINING

October 30 – April 30

A progressive, power-based indoor cycling program built for triathletes preparing for the demands of long-course racing.

Three distinct training sessions work together each week:

RACE — Tuesdays • 6:00 AM • 45 min
Race-focused training that develops the ability to execute power with control as intensity, cadence and fatigue change.

POWER — Thursdays • 6:00 AM • 60 min
Structured FTP-based training designed to develop sustainable power through threshold work, over-unders, VO₂ efforts, torque and progressive intensity.

ENDURE — Sundays • 7:00 AM • 75 min
Longer aerobic work focused on durability, muscular endurance, efficient cadence and maintaining race-relevant power as fatigue builds.

This isn't a collection of drop-in cycling classes. The training progresses from October through April, with each phase building on the work that came before it.

Using Stages Studio Pro, every athlete trains from their own FTP and individual power zones, allowing athletes of different abilities to train together while working at an intensity specific to them.
